This is Spencer formerly known as Levi. He has the biggest eyes. It is nice to see a former foster kitty again. This time because his daddy is out of town and I'm in kitty sitting. Great to see a formerly skinny street cat now in his palace surrounded with toys, an enormous cat tree, an automatic litterbox, regular food and treats and his own couch!

Not all angels have wings. Sometimes they have whiskers. Sweet Simba came to us in the worst possible shape. Skeletal, traumatized and so sick. With medical care, lots of food and love he blossomed into a healthy, fluffy love bug. He was adopted late last year to a wonderful family but love wasn't enough. He got sick and was diagnosed with a rare and fatal condition -Feline Dysautonomia. He was humanely released from this earth and gained his angel wings. He was the best cat.

You may not know what this lovely creation is unless you do trap/neuter/return. But let me tell you how important trap covers are for calming a very scared kitty. Cats tend to panic when they realize they are trapped and can really hurt themselves bouncing around inside. So I'm incredibly grateful to have been gifted some well made and beautiful trap covers. We had a terrifying close call last night. I heard a commotion and found this boy hanging on the back of a cat tree strangling. They had shredded the back panel of one of the cubbies and the fabric was wrapped tightly around his neck. So lucky we were home and heard it. This little boy just used up one of his 9 lives.
