As we celebrate Halloween and enjoy all the sweet treats, remember — keep the candy away from our furry friends! 🐶🐱
Chocolate is especially dangerous for dogs — it contains theobromine and caffeine, which can cause vomiting, rapid heart rate, seizures, and even be life-threatening depending on the amount and type. Dark chocolate and baking chocolate are the most toxic.
So while you’re enjoying your goodies tonight, make sure pets stay safe with no candy and plenty of cuddles instead! 💕🐾

Hello! As a veterinary technology student situated in SouthEastern Indiana, I have gained considerable pet sitting experience encompassing a wide range of animals, from reptiles to various mammalian species. Upon graduating on June 26th, I will be available to resume pet sitting services, conveniently aligned with summer break. What qualities make me a trustworthy pet sitter? My experience within the veterinary field has granted me expertise in handling diverse animal species. Additionally, participating in dog sports with my own dog has honed my understanding of canine behavior, including that of reactive pets. I provide in-home sitting services, which many pet owners prefer due to the reduced stress and anxiety caused by environmental changes. In-home sitting enables pets to maintain their routine within a familiar environment. I also offer pet sitting services based out of my home. With both services offered, you will receive numerous updates throughout the stay, whether that be photos or videos.
