Each adoption that is done is special because it means that puppy/dog/cat … has found their FURever home but I must say that when you adopt 2 siblings then that’s FANTASTIC!! This sweet couple adopted a beautiful girl from us many years ago and now …..
They saw our sweet Belgian Malinois/Shepherd mix puppy and fell in love with Honey. Then they asked if she had a brother. Which she did but he wasn’t at the adoption event. So after adopting Honey they left and drove about an hour to also adopt her brother Sparrow. These two have been renamed and are now Skye and Luke. I have got to see them almost every other week or so and they had grown up so much. They are definitely two very lucky FURbabies to have such an amazing family that truly loves them. Thank you so much for spoiling them and giving them such a wonderful life. ❤️🙏🏻🐕❤️🙏🏻🐕

This truly handsome little fella is a Border Collie puppy. We called him Skippy but his new family has renamed him Bowie. He was adopted at the end of November so he got to have Christmas with them. I want to share an update I got after his first week in his new FURever home.

“I just wanted to let you know how well Bowie is adjusting. I have never had a puppy, especially so young, become a part of the family so quickly and easily. He is the best puppy! Look how much he and our yellow lab, Albert, already love each other. “

This absolutely gorgeous girl is a little Chihuahua mix. We called her Mabel but was renamed Sydney by her wonderful parents. This adoption is super sweet. I love it when any puppy or dog gets adopted but when 2 siblings get adopted together well that makes it even sweeter. These two beautiful puppies are Chili and Pepper. They are Chihuahuas and have been adopted by this wonderful couple. These girls are truly loved and spoiled and always have a lap to snuggle in. Happy to share these words from their mom … “They are doing good. Love the outside.
They like to run and play outside. They run and play in the house too. They do not like the rain, but do go outside when they have to go potty. They are extremely good at night. No messes most of the time. And when they go at night, it is on the pads.
They are just too cute.
Again thank you so much.”

Ok all my rescue friends get ready to tear up when you read this next adoption story. I was given permission to post these pictures and her words. This beautiful little Chihuahua we called Mara was the mama of 3 puppies (Chili, Pepper and Major) and was adopted by this precious lady that will tell the rest … “Good morning Becky. You probably don't remember me. I brought home Mara Saturday over a week ago. Her name is now Molly. I really got her for my husband who is a disabled veteran. He cannot sit up or walk and is also blind. As you can see Molly has been great with him. She sits with him hours on end. She is a very sweet and kind little dog.Our little chihuahua Holly who was also a rescue and a wonderful little dog died in October from cancer. She was 16 years old. I didn't know how to tell my husband that Holly had died so I waited until I got Molly. He was very upset about Holly but now he's falling in love with Molly.
Thank you for your kindness the day we adopted her. I plan in the next few days to take her to PetSmart for some toys and treats. I took her to our vet on Friday, She's between three and a half and 4 years old. She has a little tartar on her teeth but otherwise she's in great shape. Molly has been good for me as well. I still cry for Holly but not as much now. She sleeps in my arms every night. She wears Holly's sweaters and they fit her just perfect. I'll text you another picture when I have her dressed up. Till then have a wonderful day and again thank you so much for allowing us to adopt Molly. Good evening Becky
We drove by PetSmart in Woodstock today I was going to say hi but I saw how busy you were so we didn't stop. I thought I would send a picture of Molly in her new sweater. She's gained weight since you saw her last. She's cute as a button we love her very much.
