Dog person or cat person?

I’m a dog person for sure but I’m an animal person period.
Just one of those moments between me and someone else’s fur baby.

I didn’t know I needed this kind of love today, and I think this sweet soul didn’t either. Dogs really are healers in fur. 🐾

I don’t always wake up feeling centered or confident. But these nine affirmations have a way of bringing me back to myself.

I used to be skeptical of affirmations, but I’ve learned that the more you say them, the more you embody them, and the more you can visualize them, the more truthful they become. There is power in thoughts and power in words.

If we’re going to consume content, it’s good to consume this kind too. Save this post, come back to it when you need a reminder, and use these affirmations as a gentle reset whenever life gets loud. 🌿
