We understand that life happens and sometimes schedules change—but we kindly ask that all appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance.

When an appointment is missed or canceled last minute:
🐾 Our groomers lose valuable work hours and wages.
🐾 A spot that could have gone to another pet in need of care is left empty.
🐾 Our salon’s daily operations are disrupted.

That’s why we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Any late cancellations or no-shows are subject to a cancellation fee, or deposits are applied to cover the lost wages of our staff. This ensures our hardworking team is fairly compensated for the time reserved for your pet.

We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation—it helps us continue providing the best care and grooming experience for every furry friend who walks through our doors. 💙🐶🐾
