My clients closed on this beauty yesterday.
The mood was light and everyone was happy: the sellers were letting go of a property that had become too much for them to maintain, and the buyers were simply in love with it.
Three more children will be raised in this house. Their father has just retired from the military and it’s a brand new beginning.
For some it’s a job, for me it’s a calling.

A stroll through the garden- early spring. I love how parsley stays green all winter, and did you know that you can use the crow’s garlic popping up everywhere just like chives?
