There’s no better time to add a furry family member to your home than right now! June is Adopt a Cat Month, and we’re celebrating all month long at the Humane Society of Forsyth County by helping our wonderful cats and kittens find the loving homes they deserve.

Stop by today at 11 a.m. and meet the many fabulous felines waiting to meet you! From playful, wide-eyed kittens to calm, affectionate adult cats, we have a wide variety of personalities and ages—all ready to bring love, joy, and companionship into your life.

-Kitten season is in full swing! Shelters are full of kittens in need of homes.
-Adult cats often get overlooked, but they make amazing pets with established personalities.

THANK YOU CAMPBELL GARDENS and FLOWER GIRL 🪻🌷🌻🌸🪴

We’re sending a HUGE and heartfelt thank you to Tim Campbell of Campbell Gardens and Colleen Harrison of Flower Girl for their incredibly generous gift to the Humane Society of Forsyth County.

Tim donated all the materials and contacted his friend Colleen for the labor to beautifully transform our grounds—and wow, what a difference it’s made! From vibrant plantings to fresh landscaping, they’ve turned our outdoor spaces into a welcoming haven for both animals and visitors alike 🐕🐾🐈.

Their kindness, talent, and generosity have truly brightened our shelter. We are beyond grateful to have community partners who believe in our mission and go above and beyond to support it.

Next time you visit HSFC, take a moment to enjoy the gorgeous new surrounding and know it was made possible by the heart and hard work of the Campbell Gardens and Flower Girl team.

Pancake Update! 🥞💪

Our sweet girl Pancake has been nothing short of amazing! She recently completed her full medical work-up, and with that insight, we were able to tailor the perfect meal plan and exercise routine to support her weight loss journey.

While the first couple of weeks were a bit of a challenge with minimal progress, we made some important adjustments—switching her to a diet better suited for weight loss and introducing a fun, consistent exercise routine. And guess what? In just 9 days, Pancake has already lost a pound and a half! 🎉

We’re so proud of her progress, and even more excited about how much happier and more active she’s become. Her tail’s wagging more, her energy is up, and she’s truly thriving. 🥰

We absolutely adore our Pancake girl and can’t wait to see how far she’ll go!❤️
