And just like that, the final chapter of Pooler Pet Sitter has come to a close. 🐾💛

On May 31, I completed my last drop-in visit, officially ending an incredible three-year journey that I will forever cherish.

What started as a simple idea became so much more than a pet sitting business. It became early morning visits, evening check-ins, wagging tails, happy purrs, sloppy kisses, and countless memories with some of the most wonderful pets and families I could have ever hoped to meet.

To every client who trusted me with their beloved fur babies—thank you. Your support, kindness, referrals, and confidence in me made Pooler Pet Sitter what it was. I truly couldn’t have done it without you.

To all of the dogs, cats, and other furry friends I had the privilege of caring for—you brought so much joy to my life. I will miss your unique personalities, your excited greetings, and the special bonds we shared.

While it was not an easy decision to step away, I know it is the right one for me as I focus on creating more balance and prioritizing my mental health and family.

As I look back on these last three years, my heart is full of gratitude. Thank you for allowing me to be a small part of your pets’ lives. It has been an honor and a privilege.

🐾 Important Announcement! 🐾

I wanted to share an important update regarding Pooler Pet Sitter. After a lot of thought, prayers, soul searching, and tears, I’ve decided to step back from pet sitting for the foreseeable future. This means I will no longer be taking on new bookings at this time and will be closing PPS.

This decision comes as I focus on creating more balance at home and prioritizing my mental health. If I’m being honest… if cloning myself were an option, I’d probably have a much better work-life balance 😂 and if you know me, you know I have a very hard time saying no—especially when it comes to my fur nieces and nephews 🐾😂

Because of that, I need to step away from pet sitting and pause services indefinitely.

This business has truly meant so much to me, and I’m incredibly grateful for all of the families and pets I’ve had the privilege of caring for. Your trust and support over the years have meant everything 💛

For any existing commitments, I will absolutely honor them. I believe I have connected with all current commitments, but if you are unsure, please contact me directly!

Thank you so much for your understanding, kindness, and support over the last three years. I’ll share updates if anything changes in the future.

👶🐾💛 Baby Moons & Fur Babies 💛🐾👶

This weekend, I had the absolute honor of helping two wonderful families enjoy some well-deserved “baby moon” time before their newest little arrivals make their debut. 🥰

While they were away relaxing and soaking in those last quiet moments, I got to spend time with their fur babies—making sure they were loved, cared for, and kept on their normal routines. 🐶🐱

One of my favorite parts of what I do is building relationships not just with the pets, but with their people, too. Getting to know each family, watching their lives grow and change, and being a small part of those moments means so much to me. 💕

From fur babies… to growing families… it’s truly something special to be trusted every step of the way.

Today we celebrate the ones who make our houses feel like home… our loyal, loving, tail-wagging, purring best friends. 🐶🐱

Whether they’re big or small, shy or full of zoomies, young or wise… every pet deserves to be celebrated today (and honestly, every day 😉).

🐾 Client Spotlight: Meet Moshe 🐾

Say hello to Moshe, an 8-year-old tortie queen with the perfect mix of sass and sweetness 👑🐱

Moshe is as chill as they come—she’s happiest lounging in her cozy spot, soaking up the calm vibes and keeping a watchful eye on her surroundings. While she’s not a fan of being held (boundaries, we respect them 💅), she does enjoy some gentle pets on her terms.

But let’s be honest… the real way to Moshe’s heart? Treats. Lots of them. 😋 She lights up the moment she hears the treat bag and is always ready for a snack break.

It’s always such a pleasure spending time with this laid-back lady and earning her trust (and treat-time excitement)!
