SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT: We are so excited we can hardly stand it!

After months of fundraising we are about to help our first dog in need!

Tomorrow we will provide vetting for a boy named Buddy. Buddy is an emotional support/service dog for a disabled man in Southern Maine. His Dad is not able to work and the disability he gets is not enough to even cover rent, so they have been unhoused for some time.

Through the efforts of some local lifesavers, Buddy and his dad now have a place to live - a donated camper on the property of a lovely woman.

So that just left making sure Buddy is OK and we believe Buddy is a perfect "first time we help".

Buddy will have an exam, full bloodwork (senior and 4dx included), f***l exam and urinalysis. He will get the vaccines he needs and we will provide heartworm prevention (a year supply has been donated for him) and a Soresto collar.

All of this was a little over 700.00 and because of the generosity fo supporters we are able to make that happen!
