🎆🐾 FIREWORKS ARE FUN... unless you're a dog. Then it's the end of the world. 😱
The 4th of July is coming, and while we're all about freedom, BBQ, and questionable patriotic fashion choices 🇺🇸🧨—our furry friends might be planning their escape route under the couch. Or to Canada.
Here are some paw-triotic tips to keep your pets safe and sane this 4th:
🔹 Walk early. Like before the neighbor with the "freedom cannon" wakes up.
🔹 Keep them inside. No one wants to go hunting for a panicked golden retriever in the dark.
🔹 Turn up the TV or music. Drown out the boom-booms with some Finding Nemo or Lo-fi beats to chill and not bark to.
🔹 Comfort items. Favorite blankie, chew toy, emotional support sock—whatever works.
🔹 Talk to your vet if your pet needs extra help staying calm.
We’ll be keeping tails wagging and bellies full here at G and K 💙
Need drop-ins or a safe place to board? We’ve got your pets covered—just don’t ask us to explain fireworks to them. 😅🐶
