A few I’ve finished up lately, plus an up close of why I use the method that I use. It may take a little longer but the wait is worth it. When I first started I was going for a quick turn around time which often times resulted in broken delicate nasal bones. Now those bones stay in tact making for a nearly “museum quality” skull

Good start to the season so far. Got quite a few heads that are nearly finished. Before I finish them I am trying out a new whitening process on this axis spike my son shot last year. In the past Ive used heated liquid peroxide and water which works fast but also must be closely monitored as to not damage bone and can be dangerous to work with. That method also called for lots of touch ups around antler bases. Tonight I am trying straight 27% peroxide under a grow light and will see what it looks like in the morning. I am constantly trying to learn and better my process as to give customers back the highest quality product possible

Well, sadly today marks the end of general deer season in most places. I hope everyone had a successful season and just wanted to give a heart felt thank you to all my customers this year that have trusted me with their trophy. If anyone has any stragglers they need to get done let me know. If not I can’t wait to see yall again next year!
