These boys are the staple Weens at Happy Sausage Co. and keep the house full of cuddles, barks, and lots of love.

We’re happy to offer “sniff and greets” for any pup who might be considering a stay and would like to meet for a playdate first. **Our boys are nurtured (much to their disappointment), so no need to worry about accidental procreation during your pup’s house stay 😉👍.

Hi! 👋

We’re the Dickson Family- Zach (Dad not pictured behind the camera☺️), Ashley (mom), Dax (7), Everly (10), Sonny 🐾, and Charlie Brown 🐾

If you know one thing about our family, it’s that we LOVE animals. We’re especially and unashamedly obsessed with dachshunds. Ashley was raised with weens, and has successfully converted our family into the cult that is Dachshund ownership. We understand Doxies- their tender backs, their needs, and their quirks😅.

We are embarking on a new family adventure to welcome more fur babies into our family while their own families are away for short trips. We can promise your pup will be one of us while in our home. From family walks to family movie night cuddles on the couch, your pup will be a part of all the love and adventure just as our own dogs.

We know dogs, and we understand the heart of a dog parent. Your babies will be our babies while under our roof.
