The winter has been hard on the Homestead but we have survived. I am rebranding my Homestead to include breed preservation and rabbits! Two of my passions other than cats which count towards rodent and pest control on the Homestead. This is Rabbi lead barn cat, hunter, protector, and lover.

Why have a rooster? Hedwig here is the best of the best! He calls all the girls in from their free ranging or escapes and one by one they listen to him, he coexist with his flock bros, he breaks up fights, he makes sure they eat, he will take me to one of his hens if she isn't where she is suppose to be, and then he comes to get his lovings!
