Our final trial of the season was at the Oliver Ranch in the beautiful flint hill of Kansas. Both of our dogs had a nice run. Spike made it around clean with 2 wild covey finds and finished the hour. Tip had a really nice run 2 finds and a bump in the last 5 minutes. I’ve very proud of both of these boys in their 1st year as broke dogs.

Spike got on the board again. Two days after he placed in the Texas Amateur he was top qualifier 1st day of the US Open. On the call back Spike was drawn 1st brace. He did a great job with 5 nice finds. We got Runner Up and I’m very proud of him. Thanks to Bunny for scouting and encouragement.
