Rick's Page "4" Pooch I spent 7+enjoyable years as a dog sitter for Rover (https://www.rover.com/sit/place4pets) waiting for my wife to retire; so did I.

Now, I'm using this page to share dog related pics, posts, quotes, etc... along with my hobbies, project pics & interests. WE KNOW DOGS!!! - For over 7 years my wife (Evelyn) and I (Rick) made friends while supplementing our income at home doing something that we truly enjoyed!!! Tomorrow morning, in just a few hours, I will say a final goodbye to my eyes, my ears, my nose, my protector, my best friend, my partner, and my son. Words cannot begin to capture the immense contributions my partner made to the community he served, and to me, the one he protected. He faced danger head-on, often knowing he was walking into battle, yet he disregarded his natural instincts and put his life before mine.
Some may see him as just a dog, but to those whose lives he undoubtedly saved and touched, he will forever be CP109 K9 King—a true hero. Always ready to bear the burden, always there to take care of what needed to be done. Rest easy, my son. If there’s a heaven for heroes, you’re there, as one of God’s most beautiful creations—Man’s best friend, my best friend. In a thousand lifetimes, I’ll never deserve you. 💙😢🙏
