Tracked this one on Oct. 13th and determined he was still alive. He showed back up on Nov. 17th. Neck shots are not a good option

We went on 35 tracks ( probably 25 in 2 weeks) with a recovery rate of 33+% almost all the deer we didn't find weren't dead with proof only 1 deer we tracked without a recovery was found dead and that was due to property lines.. I remember this track well and my dog took me the wrong way 3 times but finally dialed in coming across the first sight of blood 1+ miles after the hit site.i believe the hunter lost hope and me and Otis dont quit until we are almost sure our job is done i wanted to push forward he didn't.. we have a slim couple tracks with no feedback but I trust Otis he's right more than wrong. We appreciate everyone who contacted us and we gave our best efforts. Some have been mind blown with Otis others not but I can promise hes the real deal at 2 years old and experience cant be teached. I myself have deer hunted for 30 years and get reminded how tough these animals are often

Tracked this one on oct 9th and just now getting a proof of life picture.. Otis lost interest pretty quick on this track but we still went into search mode and figured deer was alive somewhere before calling it quits. Ol Otis seemed to be right alot this year. We are looking forward to the 2024 season.
