On Leeleanne Perkins' heavenly birthday, I am reminded of the profound impact she had on my life, and I miss her immensely. The void left by her absence can be overwhelming, but gratitude for her presence in my life as her mother brings solace. Despite her brief time on earth, Leeleanne's kindness and love touched many, ensuring her legacy endures. I take pride in the person she was, and her memory will continue to inspire future generations. To those who knew and loved Leeleanne, I kindly request that you celebrate her life by volunteering at an animal rescue, talking to a soldier, enjoying a Coke, or having a cheeseburger.

local volunteer trying to find rescue for this litter of 7 pups in Ville Platte.

Born 2/24
Vaccinated and wormed 4/24

Genders and weights are on each photo.

They were born into a very low income family and the owners don’t have the means to keep them or rehome them properly.

They are keeping momma and she will have her spayed.

🆘 🆘 Attention other rescue groups and potential adopters!!!🆘 sos

On 2/6/25 a good Samaritan picked up four pit puppies two males, two females on the side of Highway 71 S. Most likely dumped .Estimated to be about two months old. The good Samaritan cannot keep these puppies. She already has animals of her own. She is requesting rescue help .
She is located in Gardner Louisiana. You can reach out to me for further information.
Update she’s been able to find homes for the two male puppies . She is now trying to find homes for the two females.

I want to give a huge shout out to Heart of Louisiana Humane Society for pulling the last four of our rescue dogs! They are in a wonderful foster home and are doing very well. If anyone wants to donate to the cost and care of any of the dogs please reach out to the rescues that have pulled them. Thank you everyone for following us and supporting us on our journey these past few years and pray that these sweet angels finally find their forever homes. 🩷

I experienced a miracle last night yesterday was the last try to find a nother place for these babies before I took them to the Alexandria pound. They have all been pulled by other rescues and guaranteed they will not be euthanized. I know my Leedle had her hand in this one. God is good. Thank you to all who shared to make this happen.
Please remember to support your local shelters and rescues. Without the help of the community they can’t help the animals. Please Spay and Neuter your pets, have them chipped .
