Get to know your groomer, Kimberly! ❤️

I've been grooming for 2 years
I used to want to be a vet growing up, because I wanted to help animals but I chose grooming to help them in a different way.
My favorite dogs to groom are Doodles and poodles and any senior.
My favorite cats to groom are the well-behaved ones.
A fun fact about me is that I am also a dog walker and pet sitter. My life quite literally revolves around dogs.
I don't really specialize in any type of breed.
I take the most pride in completing dogs that other groomers have turned away or have been unable to complete themselves due to behavioral issues.
In 2025 I will have been with furryland for exactly 1 year.
I love mobile grooming because it's a more one-on-one experience with your pet versus at the salon where there's a lot of dogs barking and crying in cages waiting for their turn. It's a much less stressful experience overall

Been grooming professionally for 4 years but grooming 6 years total

I love grooming double coated fluffy dogs like shepherds Pyrenees chow chows that kind of thing

Fun fact is I own a farm

I own 6 dogs
Morgan is a super mutt she's 18 years old
Coco is a chow chow corgi she is 17 years old
Gunner our border collie he is 11 years old
Toast is my European standard Doberman he is 2 years old

Spuds is a German Shepherd Doberman cross and it's also a coming 2 year old

Bella is our def Jack Russell pit terrier cross she is gonna be a year in February

I wouldn't say I specialize in any specific type of dog

The thing I take most pride in my grooming is being flexible if it takes me an hour and a half to work with your dog to trim its nails I'll spend that hour and a half to trim your dog's nails if we can't get the dog in the van I'll bathe your dog in your bathtub or outtside

I've been with furryland going on 2 years this year

I prefer the mobile grooming for the sake of the dog a lot more one-on-one
