I’d like to take a moment to revisit a few reminders for Ace customers.
🟡Communications- Any correspondencs regarding scheduling, rescheduling or cancellation of lessons or horse shows after 7pm on weekdays will not be responded to until 8am the following day.
Correspondences that occur saturday or sunday, will not be addressed before Monday morning.
Please allow 24 hours for responses to non-urgent requests
🟡 24- hr lesson cancellation policy- If you must change you’re lesson time, please be courteous to Ace staff and give us at least 24 hour notice. If cancellation occurs within 24 hours, the lesson will be charged in full.
🟡 Pick up after yourself! Whether you are a boarding client or lesson student, please leave the facility better than you found it. Pick up any manure, tack, brushes, pitchforks, tools and replace where you found them. Throw away your trash. Turn off lights and fans before leaving. This makes our daily run much smoother when we can find the tools we need when we need them.
I am happy to have Ace as a place everyone can enjoy and find comfort. I’m proud and grateful for the community we have. Thank you for your help in allowing it to be the same for myself and staff as well!
