We are helping one of our past puppies, Halo (formerly Grey Wind), connect with a family who may be a better fit for her current needs. Halo remains with her current family, and Aruff Siberians is simply sharing her information to help them reach the right people.
Halo is a beautiful adult Siberian Husky who is spayed, up to date on all vaccinations, and has veterinary records available from her most recent visit in March 2026. She is fully house-trained and crate trained, knows basic commands, walks well on a leash with some pulling, and does not jump. She is also incredibly quiet for a Husky, rarely barks, doesn't howl, isn't destructive, and does not have separation anxiety.
Halo LOVES other dogs and loves to play, so another compatible dog would be a huge plus. She can be shy with unfamiliar people but warms up once she feels comfortable.
Halo is uncomfortable around the unpredictable movements of toddlers and young children, so her family is looking for an adult-only home without children where she can receive plenty of exercise, interaction, and attention.
Halo has also recently begun showing some resource guarding around food. She has never bitten anyone, but anyone considering Halo should be comfortable continuing to work with her on this.
Her family loves her very much and is committed to taking their time to find the right situation for her.
