The Vista would like to highlight members Erin Sylvester and Arden Wildasin for their performance at 2019 Ocala Jockey Club 3 Day Event. Arden won the CCI Three Star Long and Erin won her SECOND CCI Four Star this month! We are proud to have them apart of The Vista Family and are excited to watch them continue to succeed.
After an exciting finale to the CCI4*-L at the Ocala Jockey Club International Three-Day Event, Erin Sylvester and Campground emerged as the winners 🏆

The Vista’s derby course and Show jump course will be OPEN for walking today at 1:00pm-5:00pm. The office will be open for riders to come in and pick up their numbers.

The Vista will be CLOSING the Training-Preliminary Cross Country Field starting on Tuesday October 15th to seed and preform ground maintenance. If you would like to school this field before Tuesday, we will be open Saturday and Sunday 9:00am-5:00pm.
On Tuesday, October 8th the Vista will be returning to regular business hours. Tuesday-Sunday 9:00am - 5:00pm

Time to start planning for Aiken 2020!
Our new Aiken facility is top notch with a large all-weather ring and a cross-country schooling field. Not to mention, we’re only minutes from Sporting Days Farm, Full Gallop Farm, Jumping Branch Farm, Paradise Farm and The Vista Schooling and Event Center. In addition to accepting students and horses in training, we will also have one room for rent, as well as camper hookups available.
We routinely have students from all over the country come and stay with us for the winter, and we always enjoy helping them get a jump start on their season. Two of our Winter 2019 students, Kathleen Bertuna and Barbara Lightner, just enjoyed successful outings at the AECs in Kentucky.

Please be advised: The Vista is watching hurricane Dorian closely. High winds will cause us to close due to jumps and stakes catching wind. The vista will need to layover jumps to prevent them from breaking. We will update you as the storm takes it course.

We would like to inform all of our riders that The Vista will be closing all areas EXCEPT the Beginner Novice/Novice Cross Country Field, Derby Ring and Aiken County Pony Club Field over the next three days (September 5th - 7th). We will be having ETB Equine Construction, LLC putting a liner down in the large water complex. This is just the beginning to the fabulous upgrades and additions to our facility!
A lovely facility down the road has opened their barn to evacuees. There are 3 paddocks and 10 stalls available. Please call 704-770-6628 if anyone needs somewhere to go!
