Our Story

In-Home Mobile Services Now Available with Limited Availability The traveler's fee for the in-home mobile service is $10 (up to a 25 minute range). For more details, feel free to ask. For basic services and prices, see list below...... ***All holiday appointments will incur a $10 fee*** Nail Trim/Grind - $7 THE WORKS (dogs) 1-20lbs - $34 21-40lbs - $44 41-60lbs - $54 61-80lbs - $64 81-100lbs - $74

The Works consists of a full body cut, sanitary trim, nails, ears, a**l glands, bath, dry, brush & fluff, & spritz (if requested) **Removing mats will cost extra!** BATH & BRUSH (includes nails, ears, glands, and blow out) $17 (Pugs, Chihuahuas, Short-haired Dachshunds) $22 (Pomeranians, Long-haired Dachshunds, show style Yorkshire Terriers and Shih Tzus) $27 (Border Collies, Labradors, Boxers) $32 (Great Dane, Mastiffs, Irish Wolfhounds, Chow Chows) $37 (Huskies, German Shepherds, Golden Retrievers) $42 (Great Pyrenees, Saint Bernards, & wooly coats) (depends on size of pet and hair length) ***Please, if your pet has fleas, have them treated before being groomed. This is an family pet business & I would prefer not to have pets in my care contaminated. If a flea treatment is needed such as a dip, please inform me so I can make sure to schedule you during a time in which there are no other pets in my care to ensure minimal flea contamination and/or infestation.*** CATS WELCOMED! - The Works $47 / Bath & Brush $27 PICK-UP & DROP OFF TIMES, CANCELLATIONS, NO-SHOWS & LATENESS: Please keep in mind that I work on an appointment only basis. This is a small business and in order to stay open to serve you, I must enforce the following: •Late for an appointment: If you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, and in fairness to scheduled customers, I can not guarantee that I will be able to groom your pet. If you are running late, please call and I will try to accommodate your schedule. Please be considerate of our grooming schedule. •Canceling or rescheduling: If you must cancel an appointment, please call at least 24 hours in advance for a weekday appointment and 48 hours for a holiday. Your appointment can be given to someone else if I have adequate notice that you can't make it. If you don't let me know at least 24 hours in advance, then you will be considered a No Show (please see No Show policy below). •No Shows: If you do not show for your appointment, I incur a financial loss. You will be charged 50% of your total bill which will reflect on your next appointment for your missed appointment. All holiday booked appointments will be responsible for 100% of the total in the event you are considered a No Show. If you are not home during the time of your in-home mobile appointment, you will be responsible for the total costs, including the traveler's fee. All fees are to be paid within two weeks of the missed appointment before another in-home mobile appointment will be made. •Time: At the time you drop your dog/cat off at my place of business, you will be given an approximate time for pick up. You will also be called as soon as I have made your pet beautiful! If you need your pet to stay longer, please tell me at the time you book the appointment and I will accommodate you and your pet as best as I can. There will be an additional $10 per every 30 minutes charge added to your service for any pet not picked up 30 minutes after notification via phone call, text, and/or email.
