Sometimes adulting is realizing that your weekend plans are no longer parties, road trips, or spontaneous adventures—it's seriously considering a massage because your back has been filing complaints all week. Somewhere along the way, excitement became rest, late nights became early bedtimes, and luxury became waking up without aches and pains. It's funny how our priorities change with age. The things we once found boring now feel like rewards, and taking care of our bodies starts to feel just as important as chasing goals.

Maybe growing up isn't about having everything figured out; maybe it's simply learning to listen when your body asks for a little care and deciding that your well-being is worth the time.
