❗️Emergency Donations❗️

Hope has been in our care for 36 hours now and she is still fighting for her life. Today she got the life saving blood transfusion that she so desperately needed but it came at a hefty cost.

She’s not in the clear yet… she will be staying overnight at the hospital again tonight, so her blood levels can be checked first thing in the morning. Her weak delicate body needs to accept the new blood.

A stray cat already carries the weight of hunger, fear, and loneliness, moving through each day with a fragile hope that kindness still exists. I’ve seen those quiet eyes scanning every face, unsure whether the next moment will bring safety or harm. Loving cats taught me how heavy that burden is for such a small body to bear.

Adding pain doesn’t make you strong, it only makes the world colder for those already struggling to survive. Strength lives in compassion, in choosing not to hurt when it would be easier to ignore. Even the smallest act of mercy can warm a life that has known too much cold.
