We can do this by holding onto kindness, integrity, discipline, truth, gentility and non-violent revolution.

The universe always choose to reward those who set out to make it a better place.
The history draws powerful set of legacy from the life of Mahatma Gandhi, Martin Luther King, Nelson Madela, John Lenon and the like who applied non-violent Civil disobedience better lives of other people.

Social Capital: Your network=Your networth.

I simply place it as: Who knows you, Who you know and how deep they know you.
I've learnt that one's quality of life is determined by how well they're connected to the world(socially, politically,spiritually).

Social Capital is built overtime, it means once you get a chance of having contact with someone (be it at school, church, hospital,work or travel) you give them a reason to contact u again and keep the connection forever.

This fundamentally means being kind, humble, appreciative, & sensitive to their emotions, relating to their dreams & struggles and understanding that it's not fair to sneak into their lifes only when you need them.

Social Capital can save your life, save your loved ones, save you money, make you money, get you a job, make things easier and add your value and so on.

There is a constant fight between growth and boundaries of comfort zone. You grow pushing your comfort zone, and it pushes back towards you.

The sooner you learn that it's never as scary as it looks. You'll try something, you'll embrace uncertainties. You'll do something you've never done before.
Because the greatest risk is actually not taking the Risk.
Imagine one day, you'd be an old man sitting watching TV with your grand kids, and something you once wished to do pops up and one kid asks "Papa did you try this?"
