This magnificently graceful bird of prey is unmistakable with its reddish-brown body, angled wings and deeply forked tail. It was saved from national extinction by one of the world's longest-running protection programmes. It has now been successfully re-introduced to England and Scotland. Red kites are listed under Schedule 1 of The Wildlife and Countryside Act.

Bewick's swan adults are white all over and young birds greyish with a pinkish bill. Compared to the similar whooper swan, these swans have proportionally more black and less yellow on their bill. They're also smaller than both mute and whooper swans and have faster wingbeats. Bewick's swans are a Schedule 1 species.

The bearded tit is a Schedule 1 species. They are brown, long-tailed birds, usually seen flying rapidly across the top of a reedbed. Males have black 'moustaches' rather than 'beards'.

Пряное мясо в пиве. Очень вкусное и сочное, как горячее так и холодное. Мужчины будут в восторге!

Ингредиенты:
свинина бескостная 1 кг
пиво 0.5 л
розмарин 1 ч. л.
чеснок 4 зуб.
соль и перец по вкусу

1 Подготовленное мясо (лучше, если это будет цельный кусок с сальной прослойкой) прокалываем в нескольких местах, чтобы оно хорошо промариновалось.
2 Подготавливаем смесь специй: соль, перцы и розмарин смешиваем в ступке.
3 Полученной смесью натираем наше мясо и оставляем на часик (лучше на пару часиков) пропитаться.
4 Чеснок режем на кусочки..
5 ..добавляем к мясу.
6 Заливаем мясо пивом. Я брала светлое пиво.
7 Убираем на несколько часов в холод мариноваться.
8 На следующий день (в идеале мариновать на ночь) кладем мясо с чесночком в подготовленную форму. Сверху поливаем несколькими ложками пивного маринада.
9 Закрываем сверху фольгой и отправляем на 1 час в духовку при Т=250 С.
10 Через час снимаем фольгу, ставим вновь в духовку для образования золотистой корочки, предварительно полив образовавшимся соком с пивом. Через минут 30-40 мясо переворачиваем на другой бочек. Тем самым способствуя образованию корочки с обеих боков. Убираем в духовку ещё минут на 30-40.

The lesser spotted woodpecker is the smallest and least common of the three woodpeckers that are resident in Britain. The male is distinguished from the female by his bright red crown. It tends to nest and feed higher up and is quieter in its tapping. Usually located by its call, and its drumming. When feeding it creeps along branches and flutters from branch to branch, flying with an undulating flight in the open.
