J & C Rabbitry We are a small rabbitry located in D'Abadie, East Trinidad. We provide fresh, premium rabbit meat for wholesale and retail. It is typically stewed!

Roasted or 'Wild' - The fur is removed by burning with a flame torch which leaves the skin intact. This also partially cooks the fat under the skin, flavouring the meat. Skinned - Fur and skin are removed from the flesh. The meat is fine flavoured and can be use
