Health First at Krabi Elephant Shelter!
On 30/7/2025 our amazing team took part in the annual medical check-up to ensure everyone stays strong, healthy, and ready to care for our gentle giants.
Taking care of our team means better care for our elephants too! 💪❤️

On July 13, 2025, the amazing elephants at Krabi Elephant Shelter had their yearly check-up, thanks to the dedicated team from Krabi Elephant Hospital and the National Elephant Institute (NEI).

The health checkup involved regular physical exams, weight assessments, and general condition monitoring to keep every elephant in tip-top shape. Every discovery has been meticulously noted and logged in the official health record book for each elephant.

We're excited to announce that our yearly health screening is here! This is all part of our commitment to maintaining top-notch care and following the welfare guidelines established by the Department of Livestock Development and ACES.
