Another doggie outing for our Pawsitive Furkids Alumni on a beautiful evening at Quayside Isle Sentosa during the Hari Raya Haji public holiday. It was a fun time where both Furkids and humans got the opportunity to make some friends and exchange contact. ๐ฅฐ Fortunately the recent oil spill did not mar the outing and it was great seeing all our graduates once again. โค๏ธ

Vesak Day doggie outing walk for some of our Pawsitive Furkids alumni ๐ฉ๐๐โ๐ฆบ๐ฆฎ and pawmily ๐ฌ at Gardens By The Bay. It was a nice cooling day with a slight drizzle half way through where we managed to seek shelter in a shaded area.
Once again, thank you to our graduates who braved the weather and made it for the walk despite the overcast sky. It was a fun event altogether made possible by your presence ๐๐ปโค๏ธ๐๐ป

Happy Motherโs Day ๐ to all the amazing dog moms as well as hoomums out there! For the dog moms, your love, care, and endless belly rubs make our furkidsโ tails wag with joy. Youโre pawsitively awesome! ๐พ๐ and for the incredible hoomums, your love knows no bounds and is an inspiration everyday.
Puppy kindergarten is where our pups learn some basic obedience as well. ๐ Here the little furkids are learning to sit and stay. Not too bad for the young ones especially since there are many friends close by. ๐
Interestingly Mar was a month of corgisโฆ from the group class to the private sessionsโฆ from the puppy kindergarten to the basic obedience to tricks & fitness as well as behaviour modification โฆ you could say it was a corgi-mania March ๐คช with these affectionate and friendly pupsโฆ
Dog training is funโฆ we love it when dogs have fun learning โฆ ๐ถ๐๐ถ even better when the pawrents also get involved and volunteer to join in the fun ๐

Had the opportunity to allow Lola the Papillon the opportunity to appear in Mediacorp film โI Do, Do Iโ.
It was almost 4 hours of filming ๐ฌ for less than 4 minutes of celebrity status ๐โฆ definitely not easy for the artistes.

Our last doggie outing for 2023 on Christmas ๐Eve saw a smaller and more cozy group of Furkids and pawrents getting to mingle and interact with one another.
We were fortunately blessed with good weather during the walk as it had been raining consistently in the evenings the previous days.

Organized a mini National Day walk with some of our past graduates. Though it was just a short walk, it was the first โdoggy ๐๐โ๐ฆบ๐ฆฎ๐ฉ outingโ for some of them.

Recently we have had a few cases of dogs barking when they hear doorbells ring, knocks on doors and/or noises outside the door. Here we showcase a session where we did a counter-conditioning and desensitization exercise with Poppy, the mixed breed from Hong Kong. Poppy is a fast learner and very receptive to the exercises and managed to show huge improvement in just a few minutes. Counter-conditioning and Desensitization in progress with Tyler, a typical rescued Singapore Special who is fearful and afraid of many things in our world. ๐ Here we did a cc and ds session to help Tyler get over his fear of the fitbone. To do this, you would need lots of yummy treats to gradually allow your dogs a positive association with the fearful object as well as lots of patience and encouragement to support your dog through the process. ๐ Happy to add that Tyler finally managed to garner enough courage and confidence to place his 2 front paws on the fitbone.
