From day one, it’s been impossible not to adore this dramatic little lady. After a few twists and turns in her relocation, she’s finally all settled in Switzerland 🐾 Her pawrents have been equally wonderful throughout, and we wish this sweet family the very best in their new chapter together! ❤️

What are the odds? Every pet arrival today was one we’d moved before! It was so good seeing familiar furry faces and being a part of the reunion once more. Amazing how the universe works!

We recently received a poor review - a first, and as a small business owner who puts her heart into every move, it hurt.

What stung most were the claims of negligence; words that don’t reflect who we are or what Pet Embassy stands for. The frustration arose because the booking was made through another agent, and expectations weren’t properly managed nor communicated. Still, I understand the client's feelings for I'm a pet parent too.

We can’t change their experience, but we will keep doing what we’ve always done: caring deeply, showing up, and treating every pet like our own. 🐾❤️

So Tokio’s mum’s message (unrelated to the poor review) lifted my spirits and reminded me exactly why I do what I do. I’m truly grateful. It’s moments like these that affirm the heart we pour into every journey is seen and appreciated. 🥹
