Another sharing of a timid cat wearing an orange collar. Gigi is very timid and easily stressed, so it took a long time for her to step out of the isolation room and even so, it has been observed that she got out of one room to hide in another room. She cannot fully relax or get out of her hiding spot if there is another cat nearby.  There has been much improvement observed after she was put on an orange collar.

Get • Well Zorro has been here exactly 1 year now - and its still quite a work in progress for some behaviours. This photo is so nice, cos Hazel took the initiative to lay next to him when he felt under the weather.

Had our Nth session with today and here’s the main update:
Hazel’s feelings towards Zorro is moving towards the “Ugh I give up, this dumbo” kind of stage. She’s still anxious whenever he chases her, sometimes relentlessly, but she gets over it quickly. So the advice to her is to try not to run away — or walk to mummy and daddy whenever he tries his nonsense again then we’ll take it from there. Then also try and order Zorro around instead of being passive e.g. Go to sleep there! Then she tell Charlene can YOU tell him to go to sleep then just hold him there. 😅

Zorro is funny — the first thing he announced to Charlene was — DON’T SCOLD ME FIRST 🤣. He said he did “try” to be a gud Boi. But when Charlene questioned further he admitted ok it was a half hearted try but he tried, just that he has a lot of “spur of the moments” then he starts to do all the annoying things to Hazel without thinking through.
For him, he sometimes is upset why Hazel don’t like him. Then the suggestion is to 吊起来卖, meaning play hard to get and make Hazel curious on what he is doing so she will come to him rather than he goes to her.
But tbh his feelings towards Hazel is more of a situation where he would be concerned if she disappeared, but has 0 compassion for how she feels when he does his nonsense.
🫠this boi.... idk how to teach lol.

Thanks to Charlene for her patience for every session where we keep going over the same things over and over the past year 😅.

Let’s hope the 2 kiddos find it in them to try and that this helps push their relationship to the next positive step! 🤣

Pudding has always been timid and having issues with the other three cats at home. They sometimes gang up on her, she is not able to standup against them so she will scream and run away. Most time, she will choose to hide herself away from them.

It has been on-going for a long time, obviously talking and encouraging her to be brave has not been very helpful. Last resort, I suggested try wearing an orange colour collar on her.

The improvement was observed in less than 1 week. She started to stand-up for herself instead of running for her life. She started coming more and hang out with everyone.

Those who have done sessions with me probably can recall I mentioned about using colours or crystals (Yellow / Orange / Red) to tweak certain behaviour issues especially pertaining to timid and anxiety.

These three colours corresponds respectively with the Solar Plexus , Sacral and Root Chakras which primarily also controls emotion such as low self-esteem, timid, anxiety, fear and insecurity. These are signs of unactive chakras, using colours and crystals as a tool to trigger them so they will be well-balanced but we do want to pay attention that we will remove the tools if their behave in an undesirable manner over time, example from being timid to aggressive. These are sign or over-active chakra.

Therefore, I don’t recommend using these three colours if your pet is displaying aggressive traits.

I will sharing a few case study later on.

Disclaimer: i’m not saying this will work 100% (Of course there are exceptions in life) but at least based on observation i’m seeing about positive 80% feedback.

This is me, just 2 mins into the session -> 🥴🤦🏼‍♀️
and his owners flipped as well when I explained why ah boy here is so sad.

Asked him why so depressed? He say .. SO SAD because I am an OUTCAST. Nobody wants MEEEEE…..

Okay, show me?? He then proceed to show me.. how the other 2 girls interacted and he was not able to join in then Daddy and Mommy proceed to chase after them. They are having fun without me ……

Oiiii! The girls are fighting among themselves, u want to join in meh? YOU CAN!!? I dare you to join in, I bet 10 bucks the girls will join forces and beat the s**t out of you first before they continue their own battle.

Daddy and Mommy chased after them to stop the fight and the younger one was then carried away to be jail!! One one is playing without u…

Do u still want to join in Tiggy?? Hmm I guess not……then proceed to quietly walk away….

M: I told her to shuddup and be quiet. If she is a good girl, I will let her out (of the room).
C & F: !!!!!! How can you anyhow bluff the dog!
M: No ah. I did not bluff her. I told her if she good girl, I let her come out. But I never say ”when“ what. Anyway Papa everyday also let her come out to the living room and be with us what. So correct what. I DID let her out.
C & F: !!!!!! But is Papa let her out, not you leh???
M: When Papa lets her out, I got stand beside and tell her because she good girl, so NOW I let her out.
C & F: Cannot like that bluff dogs de...
M: You all last time say the dog noisy. The dog only quiet when Jiejie stare at her. But Jiejie cannot be staring at her whole day what. So my solution solved the problem what. Why become my fault now?
F: So why she whines when you go near her?
M: She asking me if she is good girl, and can I let her out now.
C: Then what you say?
M: I told her ”not now“.
F: *faint* Nevermind, since the dog listens to you now, you tell her not to be picky with her food and finish all her food.
Myeo: Okay, I go tell her if she also finishes her food, I will let her out.
C & F: *died inside* Ask you not to bluff the dog... Now you add one more sentence instead... 😒

*The Loh Household is currently fostering Kaybee to complete treatment for Tick Fever. And yes, Kaybee is behaving very well ever since Myeo started ”talking“ to her. 🙃

Oliang - haive another stubborn girl. She is being isolated with her twin sister because they are bullies. They choose to p*e randomly at home or bully the other cats so cannot be left unsupervised.

I told her, please for the NTH timer can we now behave ourselves because we are BIG Girls now? I tôld her Ah MA (grandmother) would love to spend time chilling with her in the hall. If she is her room, she cannot spend time with Ah Ma. She say Ah Ma can spend time with her in her room. 😭🤦🏼‍♀️

Agggrhhhhh........Why would Ah Ma give up her big space to spend time in her small enclosure huh!!!

Get • Held an AC session with the girls

~ Nova ~
Explained to Nova that Maia is young and no one has taught her manners cause she was abandoned. So she needs to be patient and give mama time to teach Maia manners.

Asked her not to keep staring/glaring at Maia… Can look but don’t glare, and to look away at times. Can also sit further away from the gate to observe.

Asked for more churu 😂 so we promised her that if she holds back from hissing and growling at Maia, she can have the whole tube to herself and don’t have to share. She said she will try 😭.

Nova asked me to put Maia in the bathroom instead 😂 said she didn’t deserve the spare room…

I was surprised that she didn’t ask why mama adopted another cat or for me to throw Maia out of the house. Nova understands that Maia was abandoned, and will be alone out there if mama didn’t give her a home.

Oh my… my feisty baby has grown up and matured a lot… mama is so proud of you Nova ❤️

Is a bad-tempered kitty. OMG.
Told Charlene that she did hit Nova hard, but doesn’t understand that she did wrong 😅. Said that Nova kept glaring at her and is rude.

Feels insecure and is worried that I will leave her or don’t want her.
Was an abandoned kitty, previously was in a home with other cats.
Explained to her that she has a home here, but she needs to get along with my other cats.

Told her not to use her paws to hit but she is unable to understand or process that it’s rude. Is okay with Astro and Leo as they don’t stare at her. Wants me to put Nova in the room instead, so that she gets to be outside 😅.

Is willing to consider being a good kitty and get along with Nova, so that she gets to leave the room and spend more time with mama outside.

Not using real name and pic for privacy reasons.   Meatloaf is typically quite a good boy but the main issue that needs to be addressed is scavenging rubbish / food scraps during his walk.  I share with him the danger of him doing so, from having diarrhoea to surgically remove foreign object or worse death from ingesting poison.  He got a bit concern and asked me how I know. I told him, these are real life cases that I have encountered, not a threat but real situations that can happen to him. If he dies, his mommy will be all alone in this world.

He keep quiet but his heart rate was escalating very quickly, I know he understood our discussion and was processing the information.  I reminded him to think twice each time before he put things inside his mouth. He agreed.  Next day, his mommy feedback, he chose to ignore the food scraps and continue with his walk! Good Job Meatloaf!!
