Not all riding lessons are created equal. There are two types of instructors in the horse world: the ones who teach kids to “get on and go,” and the ones who take the time to build true horsemen.

The “get on and go” instructors focus on the ride- heels down, hold the reins, go, turn, then go faster! Kids might learn to post the trot and steer through cones, but they miss the deeper connection. These lessons might look impressive on the surface, but what happens when something goes wrong? When a horse bucks, spooks, or simply says “no”?

Then there are the instructors who break it down. The ones who do more than just ride. They teach children how to groom with intention, to recognize a horse’s body language and moods. They emphasize equitation, patience, and respect. The ride isn’t rushed. It’s earned. These kids learn to care for the horse before asking anything from it.

One method turns out riders.
The other creates horsemen.

ANNOUNCEMENT - Applications are now being accepted for TINY TROTTERS Horse Camp at Triple Crown Horsemanship Camp. A day full of horses just right for the little cowboys and cowgirls that just want to be around horses! We limited the time due to their age but you are welcome to register your child for both sessions if you feel that is appropriate.

Session A will begin pick up at 11:30 and there will be an optional lunch available until 12 Noon. Drop off for Session B will begin at 12:30 but lunch will be available beginning at 12 Noon if you wish to participate. Simple hot dog on the grill, chips, juice, ice cream but a nice time to socialize with others.

Please see the flier for details and check out our website at www.triplecrowhorsecamp.com . Once you complete the application we will send a welcome message prior to the start of camp outlining some details ofthe deay.

You can complete the REGISTRATION HERE and you will then receive details on payment and a link for the application.
