For once, we can finally say—see you soon, and see you again.

In this line of service, it has always felt a little unusual to welcome clients back. But perhaps that’s something we can begin to change. We hope to gently shift the perspective—away from something considered taboo, and toward one that sees this as part of a broader journey of care and wellness, not just end-of-life support.

Thank you to everyone (practitioners and participants) who joined us and made this event a meaningful success. Your presence, openness, and willingness to be part of this space truly brought it to life. We’re grateful for the trust you’ve placed in us, and we hope we were able to play a small part in supporting and caring for the community.

I first discovered sound healing 7–8 years ago, and the sense of calm and stillness it brought me was something I found difficult to put into words. It’s often sparked curiosity when I share about it — and truly, the only thing I can say is: experience it for yourself. Being on this journey for almost six years, collaborating with independent artisans and finding individuals truly devoted and passionate about their craft has always been rare and deeply meaningful.

Creating honest, thoughtful artistry is never easy. Those who remain committed to their calling work tirelessly behind the scenes to bring each piece to life. What we once assumed was a challenge unique to Singapore is, in truth, shared across many places — even where artistry is more widely recognised.

We’re grateful to continue this journey and excited to unveil a collection that is deeply aligned with our beliefs and purpose — thoughtfully designed as a natural extension of our range, launching in March 2026. Further updates on our other collections will be shared soon!

Coming March 2026, The Green Mortician collaborates with and to bring you a specially curated workshop as part of our event, Good Grief.

Good Grief is an initiative to support the community in mental wellbeing through creative and mindful activities, while also encouraging open conversations around grief and challenging the taboos that surround it. We warmly invite individuals, friends, families, and groups of all ages. Our doors are open to everyone, whether they are TGM's clients or not. We are committed to nurturing a compassionate community that cares for grieving families and provides resources and activities to help them navigate difficult times

Back then when I first started, it was basically a one-person show — and honestly, I wouldn’t wish that on anyone on the team to experience that. The schedule was chaotic - from start to finish, and before we even had our first full-time hire, I was working almost every other day. Went through all the phases… losing weight, gaining weight (the very unhealthy kind), basically a whole health rollercoaster.

Fast-forward to today: we finally have a team and we share the workload. This line of work is still tough. Long hours, emotional days, and always being on the move… means sleep? Exercise? Non existent!

So from this day onwards, we’re officially announcing our 2026 team resolution 🤣 : to be healthier, fitter, and maybe even slightly athletic. For us to keep doing what we do with heart, we need to make sure our bodies and minds don’t give up on us first.

We’ve already started — holistic wellness sessions, monthly exercise activities and yes, also us trying to play badminton like SEA Games Athletes (emphasis on trying). It’s a journey… but at least we’re laughing our way through it together 🤘
