RIP Angel, in your short life you weren't treated as you should have been. We hope this investigation into your death shows you some justice. And if anything can be learnt from your passing, it is that leaving a dog outside in this heat is simply NOT an option, every life matters and if we as people cannot be out in the heat, then neither can our four legged friends.

Also please if anyone does see any form of animal abuse or neglect, please report it. The Qatar government and police will follow up on these reports, and they want the public to report when they see it, they simply cannot help if no one reports it.
