May is Mental Health Awareness Month, a time that naturally resonates with so many people for a simple reason: mental health is human. It touches all of us, whether directly or through someone we care about.
🧠
At its core, this month isn’t just about awareness. It’s about connection. As humans, we’re constantly looking for ways to understand each other better, to support one another, and to make it a little easier to carry what we’re carrying.
🫂
Recently, we were reminded of just how deeply this topic connects with people.
"Can one experience change years of depression?" was the subject line of an email over 1,000 of our subscribers received April 20th, 2026. It has been the email that has had the best performance to date.
🍄
That response says something important; not just about interest, but about need. People are searching for hope, perspective, and the possibility that change is real, even when things have felt heavy for a long time.
🌿
Mental health conversations don’t always have easy answers, but they matter. And the more we talk, listen, and share, the more we remind each other that no one has to figure everything out alone.
💛
This month, and every month, we’re committed to keeping that conversation going.
