Meet Mushu, a Fighter in Need of Your Help! 🐾A few days ago, a gentle soul appeared outside my house. He was just lying there quietly, with eyes that seemed to tell a thousand stories. I named him Mushu, and like all self-invited furry guests, I couldn’t turn him away. They say dogs have a sense of finding places where they feel they can find help and feel safe. After giving him some food and love, I noticed he wasn’t very active, and something seemed off. Upon closer inspection, I saw a small tumor-like cyst around his ge***al area.Concerned, I immediately called a vet to examine him. After a thorough check-up, Mushu was diagnosed with TVT (Transmissible Venereal Tumor)—a type of contagious cancer that affects dogs, especially strays. Mushu has outgrowths around his ge***al area, but the good news is that this condition is treatable! He will need five weekly chemotherapy sessions to fully recover.Mushu is around 8 years old, and despite everything he’s been through, he is sweet, gentle, and incredibly resilient. He deserves a second chance at life, free from pain and suffering.Mushu’s treatment, care, and follow-ups will cost a significant amount. I am reaching out to you, my amazing community, to help fund his chemotherapy and give him the life he deserves. DONATION REQUIRED: Anyone with a rice farm / business, can you be kind enough to donate “tota chawal” for the puppies at Pamper's Animal Shelter. Further as winter is coming our puppies will be be feeling very cold at the shelter and would send you prayers if you drop your used / not being used sweaters so we can keep them cosy. Thank you!

📣 All, I am looking for a Lahore based volunteer who is passionate about animal rights to help me with the formal registration of Pamper's Animal Shelter as I am looking to expand to cater to more animals in need. I preferably require someone with a legal academic background. All costs and fees for the registration will be covered and adequate guidance/direction will be provided on a weekly basis. Please DM me if you’re interested to spend some time helping animals in Pakistan and gain some experience on how a charitable organisation can be set up.

A SAD STORY OF A STRAY DOG: He doesn’t have a name and has been surviving on leftovers from a “jhuggi”. He has no one to love him and call him part of their family. Cherry on top someone ran over him and damaged his spinal cord leading to his sudden paralysis. His spinal cord is broken and he is unable to eat and excrete. He is now at our designated vet where we are trying to figure out the next course of action for him. He is on drips as he can’t eat. His surgery means he may have a 20% to 30% chance of leading a normal doggie life again. Not sure what he did to deserve this life and then being run over by some irresponsible human being. Should you want to donate for his surgery and name him, please DM me.

NEW CASE: A new case has come up of a paralysed dog who has been living next to a “jhuggi”. He has never had proper food in his life and has been living on leftovers. The dogs hind legs have stopped working (could be a hit and run case) and the reporter has dropped him to our designated vet. We will update you shortly on what the issue is. I willl not be taking anymore cases otherwise my mom will kick me out of the house. Should anyone wish to donate for this champ, please DM me. He doesn’t have a name as well, so if anyone wants to suggest a name please write in comments.

CASPER UPDATE: Post operation Casper is feeling better and has also started barking. The first day he was in unimaginable pain and shaken to the core, like “what did I do to be run over”. Let’s hope for his speedy recovery and that he is able to walk and run again. Casper is still in boarding, so please help us cover his medical bills.

CASPER UPDATE: Casper underwent surgery yesterday and this is him recovering post op from anaesthesia. We have not managed to collect any donations, please spread the word and if you’re feeling generous please help us cover his medical bills.

CASPER (A SAD STORY OF PAIN): These are the instances where I question God’s wisdom in subjecting innocent animals to pain. Once again, this is a hit and run case with both hind legs fractured. A kind gentleman (Zaib) informed us and dropped him to our designated vet. We have named him Casper and need donations for his treatment. His basic vaccination and deworming approx. 5k, his blood tests before surgery approx. 5k, his surgery cost approx. 50k and we are not sure how many days he needs to stay in balrding to recover and how much it will cost. A conservative estimate on his surgery and treatment is 1 lac. If anyone is feeling generous and can contribute to this little puppy being able to run again, please do. Please do your bit by donating or spreading the word (you never know, even sharing this post could have someone contribute). We found him on a friends birthday and allowed the friend to name him.
