If you're constantly provoked, your children are tortured, you're deprived of basic needs like food — and even denied the right to exist — wouldn't you want to react? It's normal. You and I would do the same — or even worse in such situation.

So in Rawalpindi, it began with a dog allegedly biting a man. In response, that dog was killed with bricks, and several others were poisoned.

A friend of mine used to feed these dogs regularly—they were never aggressive. People would steal their food and water bowls and throw stones at them.

One dog, with a fractured paw, was seen crying after someone randomly threw something at him. These animals were constantly abused. So if they react in fear or aggression, who’s really to blame?

When kind people pass, these dogs stay calm. But when cruelty becomes routine, even the gentle grow defensive.

And to the people who did this—I call them ugly, not for their faces, but for the ugliness inside them that led to such violence. May Allah ask everyone involved in this sin, ameen.

This needs to stop!

میں جن جانوروں کو ریسکیو کرتی ہوں، وہ اکثر مر بھی جاتے ہیں۔ کچھ کا ایکسیڈنٹ ہوتا ہے کچھ کو پاروو وائرس مار دیتا ہے۔ لیکن میں پھر بھی ریسکیو کرتی رہتی ہوں۔ اب تک کا ریسکیو شدہ یہ سب سے چھوٹا پلا ہے۔ اس کی ماں سے یہ گم گیا ہے۔ یہ اتنا چھوٹا ہے کہ بلی کے بچے کی طرح دروازے کے نیچے سے نکل سکتا ہے۔ میری ہتھیلی کچھ بڑی ہے تو یہ میری ہتھیلی پر پورا ا جاتا ہے۔

ابھی دہشت ناک قسم کی اندھی بلکہ مٹی کا طوفان آیا تو میرے گھر کے باہر لگا ایک لیموں کا درخت نکل گیا۔ یہ اس درخت کے نیچے تھا۔ میں نے نکالا، چیک کر رہی تھی کہ زخم تو نہیں آیا تو دیکھا آنکھ کے پاس مٹی بہت زیادہ۔ میں نے صاف کرنے کے لیئے ہاتھ لگایا تو پتہ لگا کہ یہ رو رہا تھا۔ اس کی دونوں آنکھوں سے آنسو نکلے ہوئے تھے۔

ہمارے ہاں ان جانوروں کے ساتھ بہت غیر انسانی سلوک کیا جاتا ہے۔ یہ سمجھا جاتا ہے کہ انہیں تو اللہ نے سب سکھایا ہوا ہے۔ یہ اپنے لیئے سب کچھ کر سکتے ہیں۔ جبکہ حقیقتاً یہ ایسے ہی بےبس ہیں جیسے ہمارے انسانوں کے بچے بےبس ہوتے ہیں۔

ہو سکے تو ان کا دھیان رکھا کریں۔ یہ موسم ان کے لیئے بھی مشکل ہوتے ہیں۔ ان کو مارا نہ کریں۔ پتہ نہیں رب ان بے زبانوں کی کتنا نزدیک ہو کے سنتا ہو۔

"A Precious Gift for Increased Sustenance"
Your small act of kindness can save a voiceless soul.

In the summer season, many people place grains and water on their rooftops for birds. Most often, the grain offered is millet (bajra), which is easily eaten by small birds.

Among the birds that land on rooftops or railings, the largest is the crow. Crows usually don’t eat millet.

But a crow is also a living being. It feels hunger and thirst just like any other creature. So while feeding birds, remember the crow too.

Consider placing an extra container filled with water and small pieces of leftover bread. Crows not only eat these bread pieces eagerly but also carry them back to their nests for their chicks.

If you haven’t been feeding birds, make it a daily habit starting today. In return, Allah will bless you more.

Trigger Alert!
I'm posting this to expose these so-called maulvis of Masjid Hudaibiya in Sector F-11/2, Islamabad near Tehzeeb Bakers. Yesterday these barbarians fed poisoned meat to 6 puppies living on an empty plot across Tehzeeb.

These puppies resided on the empty plot for the last 2 months and were regularly fed by local residents including me and my husband. All the dogs were very friendly.

3 of the puppies died after consuming the meat while we rescued the other 3 who are currently in critical condition with a veterinarian.

How can one call himself a Muslim when he doesn't show kindness to Allah's creation? If the maulvis had an issue with the dogs, they could have relocated them instead of killing them.

The maulvis of this mosque don't even follow the teachings of Islam and portray themselves as the custodians of our faith. Please spread this post and make more people aware of their reality.
