Yesterday one of my teacher call me Dr sb check my cow it has been sick from several days
When I go first of all I'm take a history from the owner
He said to me
The cow is giving birth before Eid Al fither
The cow is normal before sickness
He said to me I am feed the cow simple berssem and wheat straw
Further more he said to me
The cow is lame from last three days and treated with
Novafon one drip daily for three days
NSADs (flunixin meglumin 20 ml daily)
Dexamethasone 20ml daily
Inj-vitaminADE 20ml daily
Orally given -Alfa-cal -D
I'm check the cow systematically
Take temperature (101F almost normal)
Normal respiration
Normal mucous membrane
Normal lymph nodes
There is only abnormalities I am Noted that there is pain when I press the couronut
After All check up
I'm treated the cow with
Inj -Multimino-V 250ml
Inj -Aminovit -250ml
Inj-meloxicam (10ml)
Inj-oxytetera (25ml)
Inj-viem Cam fort (100ml)
Inj-sterivit(20ml)
Still with this treatment the cow is resist to lift but with the help assistant the cow is lifted after lifting the cow is going with so difficult way and keeps the couronut joint in rear leg in bow shape
Kindly my senior veterinary Dr suggest me is there any favorable results or any other treatment to give quick results
