Toffy, 15y old Female DSH cat presented with complaint of Vaginal Discharge and Abdominal Swelling..
Clinical Exam revealed that she has Purulent Vaginal Discharge with multiple Mammary Tumours and Lots of fleas on the body
Ultrasound Exam showed a huge pyometra covering almost the whole abdomen .. All the diagnostics were performed for anasthesia fitness and to check other issues
Keeping her age in mind, which is very risky for ansthesia and surgery,we took a chance and performed spaying with all tumours removed in a single go.
We wish her the best of luck for recovery
She is admitted to for follow-up care ..
