2 year old cat, name (Murghi ka bacha) run over on road, she was in late pregnancy, when presented to me was in severe shock, bcz it was already more then 48 hous past that accidental injury, on physical examination I discovered ruptured ingunial and abdominal muscles, ruptured uterus and dead fetus hanging in thigh skin,

She successfully get out of surgery and anesthesia but that ruptured uterus caused sepsis in abdominal cavity.

Bibo a Playful kitten.
5 month old kitten, presented to me with protruding omentum from old hernia and omentum hyperplasia, on right ventral mid abdomen.
omentum and infected tissue amputation is performe and spayed to benefit from existed window.
she is on amoxicillin 10mg/kg/day +enrofloxacin 5mg/kg/day. Topical fitroximin topic.

Avulsion of lip is one of the most common in traumatic injuries of cats and dogs. Common causes are vehicle hits or fights.
Skippy is street warrier female cat came to us with lip avulsion previously corrected and remain unsuccessful, suturing of lip under general anesthesia. Skippy showed up remarkable improvement within a week. 14 days after the suturing there is no evidence of trauma and she is enjoying her meals happily.

Is meat of lumpy skin disease infected Animal safe for human consumption?
The virus is highly host specific and does not cause disease in humans. There is no risk from consuming beef or dairy products. Virus cause lesions over skin and mucosal membranes of cattle.
You can consume meat. Only you have to discard infected organ part i.e rumen, liver, heart or lungs if you notice lesions on that.

Urine retention in tom cat's is mostly due to high dry food intake which lead to impaired kidney function stone formation and retention. Always follow guidelines of food manufacturing company labelled over package or consult your veterinarian about your pet diet plane.

Medial Patellar Desmotomy.
Upward fixation of patella (UFP) (سرن) has been reported in almost all domestic animals.This condition is believed to be due to poor conformation of the hind limb. UFP occurs when the medial patellar ligament (MPL) with its para-patellar fibrocartilage fails to disengage the notch of the medial ridge of the femoral trochlea at the commencement of limb flexion. As a result, the stifle joint can’t be flexed and the hind limb remains extended with a flexed fetlock. The condition may occur temporarily which may spontaneously recover or permanently requiring surgical correction. Affected animals are unable to protract the leg forward, or flex the affected limb causing the involved hind leg to drag behind. Jerky movement is observed at the walk when the MPL and its fibrocartilage disengage from the femoral trochlear ridge.
Surgical treatment is selected for cases that fail to respond to the conservative treatment.
