She presented with severe vomiting. Based on history and barium X-ray, it was confirmed that she had ingested a foreign object.

A timely enterotomy was performed, where the affected lower part of the intestine FO is removed to relieve obstruction and prevent further damage.

Common signs: vomiting, anorexia, lethargy
