10 Years Locked and Secured.
The land is ready. The farm, aligned. Connections have been started. I have stood beside fierce men and honorable souls, earning and giving respect in equal measure. Cheers to all of you. I am deeply inspired, humbled by how you built your empires and shaped your legacies.
Now, it is my time.
It’s time to give up comfort for my dream. This demands a courage many only speak of but never truly hold. Most men live and die shackled, never tasting true freedom. But I have seen the chains, and I choose to break them.
I refuse to simply exist. I am here to live aligned with my values: independence, simplicity, real food on real tables, and a family legacy that stands long after I am gone.
🐇 My heart beats for something real, farm-to-table, not making money for someone else's empire.
🐇 Every drop of sweat from now on will build my dream, not fuel someone else’s target.
I know what awaits me: the initial drop in income, the instability, the psychological shock of stepping away from a "secure" world. The brutal lessons of marketing, farming, supply chains, operations, cash flow, all of it.
But I do not see these as threats. I welcome them. I am excited to meet them head-on, even if they come at me all at once.
My mission is clear: to man up, step up, start up, build up, and pave the road toward my own victory.

Crawfish is a small, freshwater crustacean related to shrimps, lobsters, and crabs. Worldwide, crawfish include more than 600 species. Some species are identified by the coloring of their claws (white-clawed crayfish, red-clawed crayfish). We will start breeding Australian Red-clawed Crayfish here at Cray Saga.

It is gaining popularity in the kitchens now. People from some other countries would sometimes incorporate ground crayfish as a spice into the first solid foods of their babies because of the high level of nutrients it contains. It can be added to virtually all meals. Rice, beans, eggs, stew-just name it.

Even home away from home, the minds of humans would always long for this delicious spice. The smell is tantalizing and the taste always takes your food to the next level.

Also, the nutrients contained in crayfish make it good for everyday diets, as it contains essential nutrients needed by the body. Crayfish is usually dried and can be eaten raw without any need for further cooking.
