🩷 CARE was doing animal advocacy in Dumaguete before it transferred to Sindangan prior the pandemic.
💚 CARE is a privately and family funded animal advocacy doing rescue, shelter, and spay and neuter program.
🩷 CARE founder is the owner of CCES - Solar California which most of the solar profit supports the advocacy expenses as it does not collect any donations starting when it transferred to Sindangan. Thus, we are so thankful to our solar clients too.
💚 CARE has now close to 300 rescued dogs and close to 100 rescued cats in Sindangan. It has been rescuing dogs in the past couple of months from other places including Cebu and Siquijor Island.
🩷 In the video where dogs are cuddling with the founder, the adult dog is named LaVie who was once rescued as a very mangy dog near Sea LaVie resort in San Juan, Siquijor.
💚 Last year, CARE did a FREE spay and neuter program in Lazi, Siquijor through the help of ma'am Theresa Marie Vidal (Cebu), ma'am Marie Luce Jumadla (Lazi), Cats and Dogs Veterinary Clinic thru Doc Michelle (Dumaguete), Doc Arapols (Dumaguete city vet), Levi Recososa (Dumaguete), and CARE staff from Sindangan. Special thanks also to Zandee and Mola (Siquijor animal advocates).

🤗 Now we look forward to know more animal advocates in Siquijor Island so we can facilitate a humane program for the welfare of animals specially to the affected stray dogs and also cats. 🙏 Also delighted to meet ma'am Doris, the owner of Tawhay, who is also rescuing and feeding stray dogs on the island.. 👉 Please SEND US A MESSAGE now to be part of the advocacy..

* Spay event if FREE.
* Spay event VENUE is in Tigbawan Barangay Hall beside Lazi Public Market.
* Event will start at 8am tomorrow, November 23, 2024.
* Please find your NAME and SLOT # from photos as posted at CARE fb page, below this post.
* 🩷Those who belong to SLOT #1 to #40 are scheduled for tomorrow's spay, November 23, 2024.
* ‼️Those who belong to SLOT #41 to #80, please keep posted or message us for the next spay event schedule.
* Dogs to be spayed tomorrow should have dinner tonight at 10pm the latest. No more breakfast tomorrow but can give water.
* If you are part of SLOT #1 to #40 but you wish to back out, please inform us ASAP so that we can give your slot to the next in line.
* The surgery will be done by the team of veterinarians of CATS AND DOGS VETERINARY CLINIC owned by Dr. Michelle Olarte Baylon in Dumaguete City with special participation of Dr. Arapols, Dumaguete City Veterinarian.
