READ: PAWS Philippines issued a statement condemning the brutal killing of dog Killua, which was beaten to death in Camarines Sur. It expressed its outrage on social media, assuring the public that charges will be filed against the perpetrator.

"The law is there and we all have a collective duty to protect animals by doing our part, especially witnesses and those with personal knowledge — by making sure that these cases are filed," PAWS Phl said.
