If your brain thinks:

* 🥗 Healthy food = pain

…you’ll keep choosing junk—even if you know better.



🔁 The Real Fix (Not Willpower)

If you want lasting change, you must retrain your brain:

* Link PAIN to your old habits

* Link PLEASURE to your new habits

That’s it.



🧠 How to Actually Do It (Step-by-step)

1. Make your old habit painful

Ask yourself:

* “Ano epekto nito sa katawan ko?”

* “Ano mangyayari if I keep doing this for 1 year?”

Example:

* Junk food = timbang, low energy, insecurity, sakit

Feel that. Don’t just think it—imagine it clearly.



2. Make your new habit pleasurable

Ask:

* “Ano mararamdaman ko if I stay consistent?”

* “Ano itsura ko? Confidence? Energy?”

Example:

* Healthy eating = confidence, magandang katawan, proud sa sarili



3. Repeat it daily (important)

Your brain learns through repetition.
