Meet Rex, a handsome Scottish Persian who was brought to us after his fur-parents noticed he was lethargic, not eating, and having trouble peeing for 2 days. 😿

Upon examination, we found that Rex had a distended bladder with urinary crystals, making it hard and painful for him to urinate — a condition known as Lower Urinary Tract Obstruction (LUTO).

He was also suffering from heavy flea infestation and skin allergies (alopecia) due to constant scratching. 🐜

✅ Immediate catheterization was done to relieve his bladder.
✅ He stayed with us for close monitoring, IV fluids, and medications.
✅ We also treated his flea infestation while addressing his urinary concerns.

During the first few hours, we noticed blood in his urine (hematuria), but as the days passed, his urine cleared, his appetite returned, and his playful side came back. 🐾💚

Now, Rex is happy, active, and finally PEEING COMFORTABLY again! ✨

If your cat shows any signs of difficulty urinating, don’t wait—early treatment saves lives.

Emergency C-Section Alert! 🚨

Meet Miley, a 3-year-old Shih Tzu who was brought to us for emergency care with a placenta already protruding but no active labor yet. 🐾

An ultrasound revealed large, poorly positioned puppies, making it risky to wait—so our team quickly performed an emergency cesarean section.

✨ Success! ✨
Three healthy puppies were delivered — 2 females and 1 male! 🐶💖

Miley is now home, recovering well with her little ones by her side, under close monitoring and proper care. 🏡

We’re grateful to be part of Miley’s safe delivery journey. Remember: early vet check-ups during pregnancy can save lives.

Meet Cassie, a 3-year-old Siamese cat who came to us showing lethargy, vomiting, drooling, dehydration, and loss of appetite. 🐱

Initial tests pointed to a viral infection (Feline Herpesvirus, Calicivirus, and Coronavirus), but further investigation revealed something more serious — suspected organophosphate poisoning (likely from accidental toxin exposure at home). 🚨

Cassie underwent intensive detoxification and supportive care for nine days of hospitalization. Despite the challenges, Cassie fought through with the help of our dedicated veterinary team.

✨ After nearly two weeks, she showed incredible improvement — hydration restored, more active, and alert. Although her appetite was slow to return, her family stayed committed to her recovery at home.

We’re happy to share that Cassie is now eating again and regaining her strength. 🐾💙

A gentle reminder to keep your pets safe from harmful substances at home — what seems harmless to us can be toxic to them.

📌 When in doubt, consult your veterinarian immediately.

Cali is an American Bully who came to us with a bloated abdomen, poor appetite, weight loss, and flaky skin caused by a fungal infection. Blood tests also revealed a tick-borne disease—she tested positive for Ehrlichia spp.

An abdominal ultrasound confirmed pyometra, a life-threatening uterine infection. We immediately performed emergency surgery to save her life. 🏥

After 5 days of intensive care, IV fluids, antibiotics, and supplements, Cali slowly regained her strength. With continued medications at home, her transformation was amazing!

Two months later, Cali is now happy, eating well, with healthy skin and a strong body again. 🐶💖

Chubby, a 7-year-old Chihuahua x Shih Tzu, came to us after getting two different opinions from other clinics about a possible pyometra (uterine infection).

👉 Clinic #1 recommended immediate surgery.
👉 Clinic #2 advised waiting due to concerns about her platelet count.

Her fur-parents wanted to be sure, so they brought her to us for a third opinion. After a full check-up, CBC, serum chemistry, CDV test, and an abdominal ultrasound, we found:

✅ Moderate uterine enlargement — not urgent, but still a concern.
✅ Normal blood results — healthy and stable.
✅ Multiple benign mammary tumors — non-urgent but recommended for future removal.

📌 Our plan:
1️⃣ Elective spay surgery (ovariohysterectomy) first to prevent risks like infection.
2️⃣ Mastectomy later on, after recovery.

Chubby is active, eating well, and in great shape for surgery. With her fur-parents' love and proactive care, she’s set for a smooth recovery! 🐶💖

✨ Always trust your gut and get a second—or third—opinion if you’re unsure. Your pet’s health is worth it. ✨

Winky’s Recovery Journey, an 8-year-old mixed-breed dog who came to our clinic because of a foul-smelling, pus-like vaginal discharge. 🐶

Her owner shared that Winky had already undergone a pyometra spay back in 2021. After performing tests, including a CBC and abdominal ultrasound, we found that she was suffering from stump pyometra—an infection in the remaining uterine tissue after spaying.

We immediately recommended surgery to remove the infected stump. ✅ Thanks to the timely intervention, Winky recovered well and was happily active during her one-month follow-up. 💖

Early detection and proper veterinary care can save lives. 🏥🐾

📌 If your pet shows unusual discharges or sudden behavioral changes, don’t hesitate to consult your vet!

24/06/2025

Chichi, a 9-year-old mixed-breed dog, was brought to the clinic due to lethargy, inappetence, watery stool, and vomiting for several days. On examination, she was feverish, dehydrated, and very weak.

✅ Diagnostic tests revealed:
🔸 Positive for Canine Distemper Virus (CDV)
🔸 Positive for Ehrlichiosis & Anaplasmosis (tick-borne diseases)
🔸 Ultrasound showed CLOSED PYOMETRA — a life-threatening infection of the uterus.

❗ Pyometra requires immediate surgery to save her life. Combined with distemper and tick-borne diseases, Chichi faces a very challenging road to recovery.

✨ Reminder to all pet parents:
➡️ Keep vaccinations up to date
➡️ Regular deworming and tick prevention
➡️ Spay female dogs early to prevent pyometra

Let’s all send positive thoughts for Chichi’s recovery! ❤️🐶

Meet Mallows, he was brought to us due to fever, lethargy, and loss of appetite. His family also mentioned he had rodent exposure and incomplete vaccinations.

After a thorough check-up and several lab tests, we diagnosed multiple vector-borne diseases—Ehrlichiosis (high), Anaplasmosis, and Lyme disease (slight). His liver enzymes were also elevated, and blood counts were low.

While under treatment, Mallows developed yellowing of his skin (jaundice) due to a Jarisch-Herxheimer Reaction (JHR)—a temporary response that can happen when treating infections like leptospirosis, as the bacteria break down. Though it looked scary, it’s actually a sign that the medication is working!

With 2 months of continued care, supportive meds, and regular monitoring, Mallows is now active, alert, and eating well again. 🐶💚

This case reminds us of the importance of proper vaccination, regular vet visits, and early detection of illnesses.

✅ Vaccinate
✅ Deworm
