As the start of the next school year approaches🎊, let us get to know more about Pisay-Bikol🧐with a few 𝗳𝘂𝗻 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘀 prepared by the SSG!💡

𝐃𝐢𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰⁉️

The 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹—𝗕𝗶𝗰𝗼𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀 was founded in 1998 through the signing of 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗰𝘁 𝟴𝟯𝟬𝟰 which was later amended by 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗰𝘁 𝟴𝟲𝟭𝟵, officially converting what was originally 𝗦𝗮𝗻 𝗥𝗮𝗳𝗮𝗲𝗹 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 at Tigaon, Camarines Sur, into the 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹—𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝘂𝗿 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀 under the Philippine Science High School System.

Its first campus director was the concurrent San Rafael National High School principal—𝗗𝗿. 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗮 𝗦. 𝗣𝗮𝗻. In the process, some teachers from SRNHS also transitioned to the new campus, with a few being familiar faces scholars still see to this day.

Greetings, scholars!

One of our fellow iskos from PSHS-CVC, Michael Dennis Dominong of Batch 2030, has been undergoing continuous medical treatments and hospitalizations since May 15. With this, the medical expenses have put a burden on our fellow scholar and his family.

As one Pisay community, let’s come together and extend our support for our fellow scholar. Any amount would go a long way in supporting Michael’s recovery. Every bit of help counts.

As you turn the page to a new chapter in your lives, your SSG juniors want to take a moment to say 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙠 𝙮𝙤𝙪, not just for the positions you held—but for the passion and dedication to always serving the student body with grace and heart. ❤️‍🔥

One year, two years, or three years—no matter how long you stayed in the SSG, you remained exemplars of true leadership—caring, compassionate, and committed. May you carry with you the same courage, resilience, and fighting spirit that you passed down to us. We’ll miss your presence, but there is no doubt in our minds that the outside world is about to gain student leaders who are grounded in the pursuit of making a difference. 🫶
