We are aware of a recent social media post circulating about Toril Animal Clinic and would like to take a moment to address it.
At Toril Animal Clinic, our priority has always been to provide honest, compassionate, and high-quality veterinary care. We understand that concerns may arise from time to time, and we always aim to communicate clearly with pet owners regarding recommended procedures, treatments, and corresponding fees before any service is performed.
We respectfully clarify that the information shared in the said post does not fully reflect the circumstances of the case. The patient involved was managed as an emergency case, and all necessary procedures were explained to and performed with the owner’s consent. At the time of discharge, the patient was clinically stable and able to eat, which is an important indicator of recovery.
While we value feedback and open communication, we encourage that concerns be raised directly with us so we can properly review and address them.
