MARCH 2 | INTERNATIONAL RESCUE CAT DAY

First observed in 2019, International Rescue Cat Day was formalized to enjoin potential cat owners to adopt a cat, as opposed to buying them from stores.

It was organized by the Yorkshire Cat Rescue in England, and is all about helping a furry friend in need by giving one a second chance and finding a cuddly companion at the same time.
