If you are interested in applying, please visit the college building and look for Ms. Ruby Lyn Roncal.

kindly bring the following requirements:
1. Birth/Baptismal Certificate
2. Certificate of Indigency
3. Certified true copy of latest report card (with at least 3rd quarter grades) GWA not less than 85%
4. Certificate of Registration/Enrolment
5. Family Picture with their house as background
6. Photocopy of Parents’ Marriage Certificate
7. 2 copies of 2x2 pictures
